People who say that Deere does not extend the guarantee is allowed to void their products could be wrong.

The Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act expressly states that manufacturers impose any specific cleaners can be used, or if they do, this product is free of charge (please try to contact your dealer!)

http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/conline/pubs/busp ...

With appropriate weight oils and preserve all documents relating to the maintenance of his tractor, and everything is in order.

Do not let the dealer bully - I tell them about the Magnuson-Moss (if you know not to educate, -!) Doing research on this and go prepared.

If you want to use oil that meets or exceeds the standards of John Deere the same type of oil is independent of the brand and can be used with greater confidence ..

In fact, you want in the so-called law guarantees something (sorry, could not remember exactly ... I do not remember to check the exact name). I think it was a case in which an owner of Ferrari, who complains that Ferrari a special motor oil if it was expensive oils were clear signs the same work to do. You can even focus on the Enzo, but again, remember, not only extracts some information about them.

Is not that the problem of oil .... Your warranty. John Deere does not make much money, and Shell are probably the smallest differences between Shell and John Deere, but the oil will be followed if specified in the warranty, you can cancel or legislatively. You can say everything and I can tell you .... or take a walk on the safety and the use of shell after the warranty period is over

I recommend you buy their brand because they are better with their products. But you can find something with the same viscosity, and it should go.
