I use 1 egg less. The eggs are "dessert" and wants to .... denser, thinner and stronger

everything is possible, I do not think it will work, except maybe the brownies rest for one or two weeks to leave maybe not, I do not see it stay together, crumble brownies.

I would say, more eggs, and use any moisture, except for eggs
