Any book by Charles Papazian. There are many magazines, too. I have occasionally Homebrewing for 16 years. It is a lot of fun, you will appreciate.

Although the books are Charlie P's in order, is outdated and a bit like a dinosaur now. Learn To Brew by DD Palmer. It has also stimulates a website with the first edition of the book to your appetite.
