Moscow Tourist Map How Safe Is It For An American Tourist In Moskva?

How safe is it for an American tourist in Moskva? - moscow tourist map

In the current year 2010. IM planning on taking the overnight train from Kiev to Moscow with my youngest cousin, patients aged 18, his 14th

My father told me that I have a great chance to be flown to Moscow, as an American GI. I know a little Russian, but I have no real mastery of the language.

Should I reconsider my plans to go right?

Not hard to be Americans. be gentle as a Russian. I spent several days in Moscow in the past 18 years. Nights, I went to the shops to look for food, sleep, please vokzal Kazan Railway Station, take the metro ring for one or two hours warm and pass the time until the city's Opens at 9 clock. Many schools are still in the subway at night, late at night. like every city, they are not sick (the research that I do not know) and still maintain your strength. You keep the money in a bag zipper that meters could leave the cave crowded a pickpocket. do not panic in the crowd, shoulder to shoulder against the shipment of the 100-meter-long escalator in the metro shoulder.
I never felt in danger, in Moscow, quite the contrary. I stayed in hotels that allow poor foreigners in 1994 means that azerbaidjanees Georgians, Tajiks, etc in the land of the discount. I kept my mouth shut most of the time, usually from Czechoslovakia say if asked. I told my wife does not speak Russian all the time, but does not always Russian. They should re -Rules allies. I assume you are a traveler and this is not your first flight pampering in the suburbs. You enjoy the sight and lives in Russia!

You will increase your chances of pick-pocket a little, because you are a foreigner, but Moscow is the safest most capital cities.

As a precaution, just keep your wallet or passport in the zippered inner pocket of his jacket.

You'll be fine.
