Easy Stew Recipes I Need An Easy Beef Stew Recipe?

I need an easy beef stew recipe? - easy stew recipes

I would like to make a stew. But the last time that I followed the recipe on the back of the packaging has a serious Swanson broth. Also during cooking.

Has someone a simple recipe that does not require a lot of herbs and spices. I only have a little pepper, salt, rub the meat, powdered ranch and chicken rub.

I have just the potatoes, celery, carrots and meat.

They seem to have all the ingredients, but help is always a little more spice. Stews and soups are a staple of the water. If you do not want to, not to dilute ... and sweet ... You need to lift the flavors in the water. You need a little flour, too.

Mix and shake in a bag with zipper: a half cup of flour with two tablespoons of ranch powder, seasoning a little salt and pepper.

The meat in one inch. Mix to coat meat in her purse to mess with seasoned flour mixture. Remove the meat and shake excess flour.

Cut your vegetables into pieces about three inches, the size of the meat itself, evenly distributed, so that cooks everything.

Warm your empty pan on medium heat. Put about 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan and let it warm. Add the meat and stir to brown all sides of cubes occasionally. It will be held in closed rooms.

Remove from heat and add vegetables. They cover about 2 inches long with water or broth. Do you really want, you're welcome to add a few spices ... GarlicIons in powder or leaf or Italian dressing or sauce warm while? ... or add more salt and chili powder or ranch. And for this soup color, it usually takes a few tomatoes ... To work tomato sauce or soup. Mix and cover and cook until everything is ready.

I've never followed a recipe for stew, but here's how (just learned from my mother in the kitchen for years). Key, the meat is very tender low and slow (cook the meat) for a long period:

* Bread cubes of beef in a mixture of flour, spices (onion powder, garlic powder, dried minced parsley, paprika, salt and pepper ~ all you like).

* In Dutch oven heat 2-3 tablespoons oil on medium high and brown beef in small batches bucket (adding more oil if necessary).

* Once all meat all use the same pan and add 2.3 cans beef broth or 1 bouillon cube with a cup of water for each can be browned (you can be more) 1 (or 1 cup) tomato juice, 1 / 2 to 3 can / 4 can of beer (great flavor, but the meat is soft), bay leaf or two, if necessary, and punched / chopped garlic (2-3 cloves). Oh, and remember to thicken the meat Goddi golden bottom of the pot Pick ~ "taste" and help your stew.

* Add beef, cover and simmer "to 1-1/2 hours. Minimum (and better, and 2-1/2 to 3 hours is perfect).

* 20-30 minutes before the end of the cooking time, add your vegetables (potatoes into cubes, onion, celery, carrots sliced, etc.) always add some frozen peas or corn, and I finished about 5 minutes until vegetables are.

Done;) Perfect served with corn bread w / whipped honey, butter, or stick multi-grain bread. Freezes well, and my kids love eating leftover mashed potatoes or baked potatoes.

Of land set aside in a bowl, where each lot . Cut Chop carrots and celery slices, fry in oil litle more, add one tablespoon of flour over low heat and stir one minute. Add beef. Add stock (a cube, though) to the meat is covered (or red wine, makes it very French!). Season well with salt and pepper. Add a bay leaf if you have one. Cover the pan (cook for two or three hours, stirring occasionally) or until the meat is very tender. If liqiud begins to thicken too dry or add more shares. Serve with boiled potatoes.

It takes about 4 hours. Each piece of beef will do, but should be an inch or more thick. Use a pot with a lid or a pot of crocodile. The meat in water with only the tip of celery (sliced and quarter of an inch, with one or two leaves, if applicable), carrots (CUT) and meat. Teaspoon salt, two handfuls of pepper. Roast low and medium low heat until the meat is tough and seems longer. Then add the potatoes (peeled, cut in half). The meat should begin to decompose. When the meat is too soft, they do it. Skip scrubs and a ranch.
